FAITH Faith blanks the mind out. Faith is NOT a logical process. Faith cannot be understood by the mind (1Cor. 2:14). Faith is a heart matter (Acts 8:37). Faith does not require an explanation (Prov. 3:5). Faith works by love and love TRUSTS (Gal. 5:6). If we have to know “how,” we aren’t trusting, we are deducing. If we say, “It can’t be true unless I know how it works,” we are really saying, “God cannot work unless my mind first approves.” If I am going to say God cannot work unless my mind first approves, I am really saying, “God does not exist,” because my mind does not even believe in God (Rom. 8:6-7). “It is with the heart man believeth…”--Rom. 10:10 Warren D.
