After high school he joined the United States Navy. While serving in the Navy Brother Rogers came to know Christ.

God gifted Warren with an inspirational writing ability and the ability to express the Word of God in a very clear and concise way.

Warren is married to Gloria Ann Rogers. They have two adult children, Randy and Janine. They also have four grandchildren.

Warren and Gloria minister in the State Prisons of Northern California.
